At WOODstack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and footwear is returned in its original box to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
